ARE LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED?
All rental properties are provided with bedding and towels. A starter supply of tissue paper, bath soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent and bath soap is supplied.
IS THERE MAID SERVICE?
Accommodations will be cleaned prior to check in and at departure. Additional maid service is available upon request for an additional charge.
WHAT IF WE ARRIVE AFTER HOURS?
Your check in packet will be in our outside check in box. Please call our office for the code to the check in box.
ARE THERE ORGANIZED ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN?
There are numerous organized activities available on the island. Several can be found at the various hotels such as the Marriott in Palmetto Dunes and the Westin at Port Royal. Please call our office concierge for a listing of other organized activities and camps for children.
WHAT IS “FREE TENNIS” AND IS IT INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL?
Free tennis entitles you to one hour of court time each day at a designated tennis center. It is included in most of our properties but not all. Ask one of our staff members for more details.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING?
Here are a few items that we suggest bringing: beach towels, beach gear, hair dryers,groceries and condiments, paper products and trash bags, and a camera.
IS THERE ASSIGNED PARKING?
There is no assigned parking, however there is no difficulty parking near your villa. Homes have driveway parking.
CAN WE HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN OR A LATE CHECK OUT?
It is possible for an early check in or a late check out. Please check with our office with your request. During the summer season, villas are ready when they are cleaned and checked by our inspectors. We try to have every villa ready for check in by 4:00pm. Late check outs are not available during the summer season.
DO ENTRY DOORS LOCK AUTOMATICALLY?
Most villa's front doors lock automatically upon exit. At Port Royal Village villas, ALWAYS depart from side "A" - never side "B". The villa key only opens side "A".
