Singleton Beach
The Singleton Beach area is one of the newest, most upscale oceanfront communities on Hilton Head Island. It is situated mid-island, facing the Atlantic Ocean, between Palmetto Dunes and and Folly Field, or the "Folly". This is where the ocean crosses over a small stretch of our 12 mile pristine beach twice a day at high tide. The ocean tide re-nourishes the beautiful salt marsh and leaves it teeming with fish, crab and other forms of wildlife and tropical birds.
The Singleton Beach area is well-known for beautiful 4-7 bedroom homes with multiple levels, elevators, high ceilings, granite counter-tops, Travertine stone floors or rich hardwood floors, expansive great rooms, chef-style, high-end kitchens, pools (heated optionally at extra cost), great ocean views from most rooms with balconies overlooking the ocean, luxurious master suites (many with their own private, oceanview balconies) with elegant & well-appointed baths.
