Back to Basics Golf School
When: Mondays and Thursdays, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Where: Robert Trent Jones Course, Palmetto Dunes
Cost: $185/pp Reservations Required
Includes: One round of golf, lunch and a merchandise discount in the golf shops. (Instruction only: $90) This school is valuable to golfers of all levels, from beginners through advanced. With a student/ instructor ratio of 6 to 1, each student will receive one-on-one attention. Learn the basics to improve your game: proper warm-up, putting, short game and full swing using video analysis.
Short Game School - I
When: Tuesdays 8:30 am - 11:30 am
Where: Palmetto Hall Short Game Facility Reservations Required
Cost: $90/pp
Open to beginners and advanced players. Join us at Palmetto Hall's 3-acre short-game-specific practice facility. The only one on the island! 65% of your game is from 60 yards and in, so learn how the professionals score lower through creativity, strategy and playing the percentage shots around the greens. A "fun" school to enhance your golf scoring ability. Student-Instructor ratio of 6:1.
Short Game School - II
When: Fridays, 8:00 am - 11:00 am
Where: Palmetto Hall Short Game Facility
Cost: $90/pp
Eligibility: Must have completed Short Game School I Reservations Required
This "on the golf course" class is an opportunity to learn to play from 100 yards and in the way the professionals do. Bring your toughest shot. Junior Golf Programs
Palmetto Dunes Junior Golf Academy
This 5-day program is the perfect learning environment for all skill levels. The small class size guarantees personalized and specific attention to the needs of each student. Teachers are professional and encourage the students to learn and love the game of golf. For students 17 and under. Reservations required.

Instruction in the basic fundamentals of the golf swing, course etiquette, rules and supervised "on course" experience.Great fun! $20.00 per clinic. Includes free club fitting and take home materials. 8:1 Student-Teacher ratio. Reservations required; clubs available.

Special Junior Pricing Juniors, ages 17 and under may play for $50 (including tax). The Junior must have a valid drivers license to operate a golf cart. Walking is available at all courses except for the Hills course at Palmetto Hall. Juniors, ages 10 and under, when accompanied by an adult paying a regular rate, golf package or day of play rate will play for no charge - afternoons only.
Junior Tees/ Instruction Permanent Junior Tees are a feature of the newly redesigned Robert Trent Jones course. Private instruction is available from our PGA Professionals. The highly-rated George Fazio course also caters to juniors with markings of 150 yards or less on the course and year round instruction from Head Professional Samm Wolfe and his team of PGA Professionals.
